It's very dry. No rain for weeks, maybe months. Yet the grass grows much too fast. I'm expecting the gardener this week. Somebody has to mow the lawn, and we're much too busy working (as you can see on the photo) to do something in the garden.
Olga called me early in the morning, telling me that the snow is slowly melting away in Helsinki. With all the snow they've had, they won't be suffering from lack of water.
Our old rain water collector is far from being empty. We're lucky to have it. So many of them were destroyed at the time when water pipes were drawn to every house.
Of course I'm hpy not to have to drink the rain water like they did before. Wine is better...
